Estonia and Latvia - Riga

Modern Riga now has multiple bridges crossing the Daugava river and highrise buildings are springing up. The Old Town is being revitalised to bring in the tourist dollar but it all takes time and money which is in short supply. This is the Railway Bridge (top) and the cabled Vanšu Bridge.
